-Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and condition. To return merchandise, first contact livingmysa@outlook.com
-Once items are received by LIVINGMYSA, refunds are credited to the original form of payment or issued as store credit note. Store credit does not expire.
-The amount of your credit note or refund will reflect the price of the item(s) plus taxes paid at time of purchase (excluding delivery/return charges).
-Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
-LIVINGMYSA does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to LIVINGMYSA.
-With any international returns or exchanges, we are unable to refund any taxes or duties paid for customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Please follow the steps below:
-Please contact us immediately if you are planning to return your purchase.
-Ensure all items are in the original product packaging, unwashed, unused, with original manufacturer's stickers still affixed (if the stickers have been removed, this is considered used and cannot be returned).

CREDIT NOTES
-Credit notes never expire and are non-transferable.
-Credit notes may not be applied to our Boxing Week specials, and certain special advertised promotions. They are not redeemable towards gift registries, or gift cards. Any purchases made with a store credit are considered final sale.
