United States
Shipments to the United States are not subject to Canadian sales taxes; however, duties and brokerage fees may apply and will be charged directly to your credit card on behalf of US Customs. If the order is being mailed, any applicable duties would be payable to the US Postal Services upon delivery.

BREAKAGE IN A DELIVERY SHIPMENT
Damaged orders must be documented with photographs sent to livingmysa@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods. Missing or lost orders must be notified to livingmysa@outlook.com within 7 days of expected delivery date.
SPECIAL ORDER
All orders placed for merchandise listed on our site as Special Order are not cancelable once the order has been placed and such items cannot be refunded.
All special order items will ship as we receive them, therefore, items ordered together may not be shipped together. In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, LIVINGMYSA will reach out directly with more information.
